Malik Founded the firm in 2002.

As Senior and Managing Partner, Malik has remained a “tour de force” within the firm with a background of over 18 years experience in property law.

Malik has overall responsibility for the direction and strategies of the practice, with particular emphasis on finance and compliance. Setting direction is not an easy task, so Malik will relish an opportunity to sit and discuss progression with teams and individuals.

Alongside day to day responsibilities of management Malik maintains a portfolio of residential and commercial property clientele.

Malik’s residential expertise include acquisition and sale of private and auctions property, developments, lease extensions under the Lesaehold Reform, Housing and Urban Develpopment Act 1993 and Enfranchisement under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 representing leaseholders as well as freeholders.

In commercial property Malik represents landlords and tenants, investors for acquisition, sale and purchase of businesses, lease renewals and grant of new leases.
