Haya is a Solicitor in the Family, Personal Injury, Probate and Litigation departments at MTG Solicitors. She joined MTG Solicitors in October 2018 as a paralegal and was swiftly promoted as a trainee solicitor, qualifying in 2021.

Haya has experience advising on personal injury claims and chances of success, divorce and matrimonial financial matters, applications for transfer of tenancy and various litigation matters.

Haya can offer a helping hand in assisting with all matters relating to probate, making the process less stressful for you. Haya can assist in obtaining the Grants of Representation, collecting the estate assets, paying inheritance tax and distributing the estate.
