Fatemah is a Solicitor currently working within the firm’s Housing team. Fatemah joined the firm in September 2022, initially starting her career as a paralegal before being offered a training contract.
Fatemah assists on a broad range of matters including Homelessness and Section 202 reviews, Possession and Eviction cases, Disrepair and Section 17 challenges. She is involved in judicial reviews, drafting pre-action protocols and letters before claim. She is proactive in challenging Council’s and Opponent’s to help her clients achieve the best possible outcomes. Working closely with her clients, Fatemah supports clients by providing advice and assistance, ensuring clients are comfortable with the progression of their matters.
