There should always be an option available to you to appeal against an immigration decision made outside the UK or at the UK border.

If your application was refused under the points-based system, this does not attract a full right of appeal, however, there is a procedure known as administrative review available to you.

If it is a visa that was refused under a different type of visa, then the UKBA will send you a letter informing you of their and should explain your appeal rights.

Should we find you have a good chance, we can assist you with completing the relevant application form and the grounds of appeal. We will also request the relevant documentation which we must send with the grounds of appeal.
