  • Negotiating terms of the lease on your behalf to ensure that the lease reflects the terms you have agreed;

  • Raising enquiries with the landlords solicitors on documentation supplied;
  • Inform you of any stamp duty which is payable on the lease;
  • Deal with the registration of your lease where applicable and post completion formalities on your behalf.
