Bharath completed his LLB at the University of Exeter and completed his LLM with a focus on criminal litigation in the summer of 2020 with Distinction. Prior to joining the firm in March 2021, he gained experience in criminal, prison and human rights law when managing his own caseloads for busy legal aid and private firms in London and the Midlands with great success. He has been successful working on criminal cases involving offences that range from murder, joint-enterprise, ABH, GBH, sexual offences, non-violent harassment, money laundering, serious fraud and indecent images. His approach is forensic, patient and diligent to ensure his clients are provided with the vital support they need. He is immensely proactive and takes pride in efficiently dealing with client matters.
Alongside this, Bharath is a keen writer with article and journal publications on a range of topics ranging from culture, law, commerce, human rights, theology and history.
